Sidewalk Stencil Graffiti in Wynwood: Miami's Art and Design District
My magic lies in my ability to see beauty and potential in everything, such as all the sidewalk graffiti one spots whilst walking around Miami's Wynwood Arts District. I love seeing these little patches of art and clever quotes scattered about the neighborhood, sometimes one needs a friendly reminder or just a smile on their face. These stenciled graffiti pieces will do the trick, I love them!
This is not the first time I've waxed poetic about street graffiti before, you might recall my post about the amusing Mona Lisa stencil graffiti trend, or The Beatles lyrical graffiti, or the graffiti I spotted on my trips to Istanbul and Ghent. Anyway, I guess the bottom line is I find it attractive and compelling enough to share with you. If you're interested in seeing and reading more about our Wynwood Art District here in Miami, check out some of my past posts below. The famous Art Basel is coming up once again in the beginning of December, I will definitely be attending and shooting lots of photos to share with you. In the meantime, scroll on and enjoy!

Let us begin with none other than sassy Einstein... a pure genius:
I want YOU!
Certainly, I guard it in my castle surrounded by a giant moat:
Is that you Bob Marley?
Creepy cool! I love the addition of the one googly eye...
This is hilarious, and apparently these services are very much in demand, eek:
I choose to live by love too:

The purple line sounds grrrreat! ;) Oh I hear my train a'comin'! Hear my train a'coooomin'... This reminds me of that Hendrix song...
So true, let it go:
Perhaps I am :)
If only we would let it:
This is a powerful political piece here, it's the island of Cuba and it says "La Patria es de Todos," which means "The Country Belongs to Everyone":
I am never what people expect me to be:

Oh my, yes, please beware:
Agreed:
Exactly:
Scandalous Mrs. Jetson is looking for some fun out on the streets of Wynwood, George Jetson must be missing in action:
Hmm, gotta beg to differ on this one... Love can heal too ;)
Actually, no I don't, unless by man you mean MY man (whose foot is in the photo), in which case yes, yes I do...
Love it:
Last but not least, my favorite... What a delight, to look down as I'm walking and see the name of a Jimi Hendrix song on the sidewalk, I love that man and I love this song:
